During a recent trip to the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, GLR Llc. President and COO Fritz Eisele presented a brief conference on "Transcultural Leadership". For a select audience of local Executives and Students in Honolulu and based on the idea that Leadership has both Universal and Regional aspects, this conference touched upon the many similarities and few differences between leadership aptitudes worldwide.
